Increase of fine
- For delayed submission of application for judge's license
an increase to Euro 40.-.
Change of judges examination rules
- Paragraph 1 added to "Further judge's qualifications“:
„1. Between the examinations for the hair categories LH/SLH
and SH/SOSH there should be kept a waiting period of 24
months.“
- Addition to the Judges rules:
„The hosting clubs are responsible for refunding any expenses
born by the judges being in office before the ‘Best In Show',
which takes place on the 1st day, at the latest on the 2nd day,
as well before the ‘Best in Show'“.
Increase of membership fee
from 180.- Euro to 200.- Euro.
Show reports
- In order to control compliance with WCF show rules, clubs
and sub-clubs will send the show catalogue and copies of all
judging lists and the Best-in-Show- list to the office of WCF
within 10 days after a show. The sending date is determined by
the postal stamp.
- Russian clubs and sub-clubs will send their catalogues to
the vice president Mrs. Anna Rudakova,
ul. Proletarskaya 6 – 64, RUS-440061 Penza.
- WCF clubs from other countries will send their catalogues
to the vice president Mr. Paulo Ruschi,
31 – 70 38th Street, Astoria, New York, NY – 11103, in special cases
to the WCF office in
Essen / Germany.
- Further shows of a club will not be licensed before the
show report is received.
- Refusal to provide the report is to be considered as
violation of the show rules and will be fined. Further shows of
the club will not be licensed before the fine is paid.
Sub-clubs
- A sub-club of a WCF club can be registered in a town, where
full members of WCF have already been registered, only, if
these full members give their written confirmation.
Membership in two umbrella organizations
- No WCF club or sub-club is allowed to be simultaneously a
member of another federation, except of these of WCC members.
Show rules
- The show commission shall elaborate amended show rules
until December 31, 2004.
- The rules shall be proposed for acception by the General
Assembly.
Annulment of cattery registration
- The club is entitled to annul the registration of a cattery
registered by WCF, if the cattery has violated existing cattery
rules in this club and/or country.
- The WCF Bureau annuls the cattery registration on request
of the club or the WCF Bureau-Russia.
In the Best-in-Show
voting shall be secrete, if one judge requests secrete voting.
To award BIV (Best of Variety)
at least three cats of the same breed and colour, whether it
is a kitten, junior or an adult, must be present.
World Shows
- should be considered as an „exhibition in any other foreign
country“, regarding the CACM / CAPM as an „exhibition in
another continent“.
- Clubs organizing a World Show shall be qualified as WCF
full member.
- Clubs organizing a World Show shall not have any
disciplinary case pending.
- On each World Show one member of the WCF board must be
present.
