Part B – Organization of exhibitions

B.1 – Exhibition

B.1.1 – National, International exhibition
Each full member of WCF, member under patronage or sub-club registered with the WCF is entitled to organize national exhibitions (titles not higher than CAC/CAP) or international exhibitions (all titles) in its own country or in a country, where member-clubs of WCF do not exist.
Non-registered sub-clubs are not permitted to organize any exhibitions in the name of the WCF.

B.1.2 – Shows in a country, where a member of WCF already exists
If a WCF-club wants to organize an exhibition in another country, where at least one member-club of the WCF already exists, this member-club has to agree or shall organize the exhibition together with the latter club.

B.1.3 – Joint-exhibitions (Combined exhibitions)
WCF-exhibitions may not be organized together with another non-WCF organization/club. To organize a joint-exhibition the WCF-member has to forward an application to the board 6 months prior to the date of the exhibition. Such an exhibition may only be organized with the permission of the board.

B.1.4 – Three-days exhibition
Three-days exhibitions require the special permission of the board.

B.1.5 – Special permission for any deviation required
All deviations from the rules require also the special permission of the board.

B.1.6 – Two days – two certificates
All WCF-exhibitions are organized on two days with two certificates or on one day with one certificate.

B.1.7 – Only one certificate per day
In all WCF-exhibitions each cat may be judged traditionally only once per day.
Even the cat is absent on the first day, it may not be judged twice on the second day. Any violation of this rule will be dealt by the Disciplinary Commission.

B.1.8 – International exhibition
In an international exhibition at least 80 cats must be entered in the catalogue.
In case of difficult geographic situations (islands, isolated location of countries) one may apply to the board for a special permission for a fewer number of cats. The exact number of cats inscribed must be provided.
