11. Changes of Statutes
Article 36
  Each proposal for changing the statutes has to be forwarded to the board according to the regulation of article 38 to be taken into account in the next General Assembly.

The board presents the proposed changes to the General Assembly including its statement. For changes of statutes a three quarter majority of votes is required.
