The Board of the WCF regrets that LOOF has cancelled all diplomatic contacts.
We consider this, and the way how this was done, as an affront.

From now on the LOOF will be treated again as any other independent club.

In addition, commencing with November 1, 2009, certificates issued by LOOF-judges outside of France will not be recognized for the time being.
LOOF-judges without any WCF-license are not admitted as judges to any exhibitions of the WCF.
